个人意见和经验，这边的牙医是个良心活儿，如果没有十分的必要，不必事事遵循牙医，如果感觉有必要，多咨询几个其他的牙医再决定也不迟。

明白了，这属于过度医疗。要是牙痛做个根管有道理，啥问题都没有，去做就是活受罪了。
